Cobie Steketee, the director of this shelter, hugs Rhea one of the five dogs she has adopted herself. Scooby Residencia Valladolid is a shelter run by Scooby in the Valladolid city outskirts, in the Castilla y León region. The shelter is now home to 20 dogs, yet has housed up to 60 in the past. Once the dogs are adopted through the Scooby website, they are taken to Scooby Medina del Campo where they have their vaccinations, deworming, and sterilization surgery prior to being released to their adoptive families.
